民事审判语篇中的概念功能研究

Study on Ideational Function in Chinese Civil Courtroom Discourse

摘要 从系统功能语法的角度来分析民事审判话语,所用语料为汉语,采用定量和定性分析相结合分析了及物性动词过程的类型,探讨了概念功能在民事审判语篇中的实现特点及其原委。 This paper attempts to apply Systemic-Functional theories to analyzing Chinese civil courtroom discourse. It analyzes the process types of the transitivity system, summarizes the ways by which the ideational function is realized through these processes, and explore its foundations.
