多媒体素材库是教师教学和学生学习的资源中心。基于多媒体素材库的网络教学可以激发学生的创造性思维。多媒体素材库的设计与建设应以建构主义学习理论为指导,教学资源建设必须遵循媒体选择理论和相应的技术规范,网络教学实践要重视教学设计及相关学习理论的指导。

Network-assisted teaching based on multimedia material library, which can serve as a resource center for instruction and learning for teachers and students nowadays, can stimulate creative thinking of students, in which design and construction of multimedia material library should be guided by constructivism learning theory, the building up of teaching materials should conform to certain rules of medium theory and technology, and network-based teaching should place stress on the guidance of teaching design and learning theory.
