文章探讨了构建公共服务型政府对行政成本的要求,研究了当前我国行政成本存在的问题以及发生的原因,并借鉴西方国家控制行政成本的先进经验,从行政成本的角度出发提出了构建高效服务型政府的途径。

This paper has discussed the demand of the public service government to administrative cost, has studied the problems and the causes of administrative cost in our country. Learning from the Western countries＇s advanced experience in controlling the administrative cost, the author has put forward several ways to build the highly effective public service government from the angle of administrative cost.
