摘要 利用NI公司LabVIEW、PID工具包等软件配合PCI-6221等硬件,构建现代工业生产实时温度控制系统,解决温度不稳定变化和实地操作不安全不可靠带来的问题。将虚拟仪器投入实时生产中,更有助于安全可靠的操作并节省大量的人力物力,为工业生产温度控制提供服务,在工程应用和工业实验中有相当高的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。 In this thesis, a real-time temperature signal control system is designed on the base of the series of M data acquisition card establishments PCI-6221 produced by NI company as hardware, and the LabVIEWT.1 software as developing platform. Virtual machines will be put into immediate production,but also contribute to the safe and reliable operation and save a lot of human and material resources for indutrial production temperature control requirements to provide services.The system can be expanded, thereby greatly increasing efficiency.Thus suitable for industrial production control It would surely achieve rather high practical values and broader application foreground in technical application and engineering experiment.
