佛山市顺德区实施阻断艾滋病母婴传播的研究

Prevention of HIV/AIDS Mother-to-Child Transmission in Shunde District of Foshan City

目的了解佛山市顺德区孕产妇艾滋病感染情况,探索阻断艾滋病母婴传播的有效方法。方法通过建立艾滋病监测网络,对孕产妇实施产前HIV筛查,同时开展健康教育和药物干预。结果监测30672人次,发现阳性感染者6例,阳性率为1.96/万,并对阳性者采取了相关的干预措施。通过健康教育干预,孕产妇艾滋病防治知识知晓率从实施前的71.0%～81.7%上升到95.7%～100.0%。结论佛山市顺德区孕产妇的HIV感染率低于云南等地,但有逐年上升的趋势;建立监测网络,对首次孕期检查的孕产妇作HIV检测并实施预防性干预,以阻断HIV垂直传播的方法是可行的。

Objective To investigate HIV prevalence among pregnant women in Shunde district, and explore the effective methods of obstructing HIV mother-to-child transmission. Methods Surveillance networks for HIV were established. Antenatal HIV screening tests pregnant women for HIV was conducted. Health education and drug intervention were also launched. Results A total of 30 672 samples were detected and 6 cases of HIV infection were found, with a positive rate of 1.96/10,000. Drug interventions on HIV/AIDS were conducted among the infected cases. The rate of correct answer to knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS was increased from 71.0%-81.7% before the intervention to 95.7%-100.0%. Conclusion The HIV prevalence rate among pregnant women in Shunde district was lower than in Yunnan and other places, but it tends to increase year by year. The establishment of surveillance networks, provision of HIV tests for pregnant women for the first time and preventive interventions was proved to be practical in controlling HIV mother-to-child transmission.
