传染病疫情漏报原因分析与对策探讨

Analysis of the Reasons for the Missing Report of Contagious Disease and the Strategy of Prevention

目的分析2004至2006年我院传染病漏报原因并对今后对策进行探讨。方法对2004年1月至2006年12月期间6545份病例进行回顾性调查和分析。结果从2006年前后对比,采取措施及相应的管理后,传染病的漏报率从原来的5.17%,降至0.94%(x2=45.8,P<0.005),3年漏报率差异有统计学意义。结论认真学习《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》及医院传染病管理制度的相关知识,提高医务人员对传染病管理的能力,开展有效的监测,是防止医院传染病漏报的有效手段。

Objective To analyze the reasons of the missing report of contagious disease missing report in hospital between 2004 to 2006. Methods Retrospective review and analysis on data collected from 6 545 case between January 2004 to December 2006 was performed. Results Comparing the date around year 2006, we found after adopting relative measure and administrative intervention, the rate of missing report dropped from 5.17% to 0.94%, and showed a remarkably difference in these 3 years （χ2=45.8, P〈0.005）. Conclusion Seriously studying the ＂contagious disease prevention and cure Act of P.R.China＂, improving the ability of medical members in managing contagious disease, and enforcing effective monitoring were the efficacious ways to prevent hospital missing report of contagious diseases.
