摘要
外墙外保温技术的推广与发展依靠技术标准和规范的支持。该项技术在国外发展很快,目前已形成健全的、系统的规范标准体系,如欧盟标准EOTAETAG004、美国标准ICBOAC24等。目前我国仅有3个外墙外保温技术标准,其技术含量低,适用性差。随着我国建筑节能工作的推进,必须加强相应的技术标准的编制。
The popularization and development of external wall heat insulation technology rely on the support of technical standards and specifications. It has developed very fast abroad and complete and systematic specification systems have been established, such as EU standard EOTAETAG004, US standard ICBOAC24 and etc. But in our country, there are only 3 standards for this technology that still are of low-content of technology and poor applicability. Along with the advance in energy-saving work in China, establishment of the technical standard must be strengthened.
