摘要
聚氨酯硬泡是由多元醇及发泡剂等添加剂组成的A组分料(白剂)和主要成分为异氰酸酯的B组分料(黑料)混合反应形成的具有防水和保温隔热功能的硬质泡沫塑料。由聚氨酯硬泡保温层、界面层、抹面层、饰面层或固定材料等构成,形成于外墙外墙面的非承重保温构造即为聚氨酯硬泡外墙外保温系统。该系统可应用于新建、扩建或改建的民用建筑中,也可应用于对既有建筑进行节能改造。针对喷涂法、浇注法、粘贴法、干挂法4种不同施工工程,对其设计要点、细部构造作法提出了不同的要求。
Polyurethane foam is a kind of hard-foamed plastic with the functions of waterproof and heat insulation produced by combination reaction between materials of group A (white agent, mainly composed of such additives as polyatomic alcohol and foaming agent) and group B (black material, main ingredient of which is isocyanate). The polyurethane foam exterior heat insulation system, installed to the outside surface of the external wall, is a non-bearing heat insulation construction made up of polyurethane foam layer, boundary layer, plastering layer, and finish coat or fixing material. This system can be applied not only to the new construction, expansion and reconstruction of civil buildings but also to the energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings. Requirements are put forward for the design outlines and detail constructions respectively by means of spraying, pouring, sticking and dry-hanging.
