摘要
为了对工业现场中汽车纵梁装配工艺孔进行加工在线检测,采用机器视觉和计算机控制技术,对图像拼接、特征提取和模式识别等算法进行分析和处理,最终实现了纵梁装配工艺孔质量的自动识别,实践证明这种方法具有可行性和实用性。
In order to online detect the carling fitting technologic holes for automobile, machine vision technology is used for image stitching, feature extraction and pattern recognition. The autorecognition of hole's quality has been achieved. Experiments show that the method is feasible and practical.
