通过对40例有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结了对有机磷农药中毒的治疗经验,探讨了急性有机磷农药中毒救治方法。结果表明,对于经消化道吸收的有机磷农药中毒者,彻底洗胃,合理应用阿托品、胆碱酯酶复能剂,及早应用血液灌流等是提高抢救成功率的关键。

40 clinical cases of organic phosphorus pesticide toxicosis are analyzd to summary the treatment experiences, and the emergency poison-free method is researched. The results show that the successful salvage way is to thoroughly stomach-wash, reasonable atropine usage, gallbladder alkali esterase energy resume, and blood dose.
