摘要
目的探讨中小学生心理健康状况与家庭环境特征的相关性,为降低中小学生心理问题发生率提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)与家庭环境量表(FES)对1070名中小学生进行问卷调查,应用典型相关分析法分析SCL-90和FES各因子之间的相关性。结果SCL-90量表的各因子(躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其他)与家庭环境量表的亲密度、组织性呈负相关,与矛盾性呈正相关;SCL-90量表的敌对、偏执与家庭环境量表的知识性、娱乐性呈正相关,恐怖与家庭环境量表的情感表达呈负相关。结论中小学生心理健康状况与家庭环境特征之间存在一定关系,改善家庭关系可能增进中小学生的心理健康。
Objective To explore the relationship between the primary and middle school students' mental health and family environment, and to provide evidence for decreasing the incidence of mental problems. Methods A total of 1 070 primary school and secondary school students were questionnaired with SCL - 90 and Family Environment Scale(FES). Canonical correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the factors of SCL- 90 and FES. Results Each factor of SCL - 90 was negatively relative tu cohensian and organization, and positively relative to conflict. Positive correlations were found between hostility and paranoid ideation with intellectual-cultural orientation and active-recreational orientation, and negative correlations were found between phobic anxiety and expressiveness. Conclusion The primary and middle school students' mental health is relative to different family environment. Family relationship improvement can improve students' mental health.
