摘要
介质阻挡放电技术可以用来产生等离子体,而等离子体在工业及军事上具有十分广阔的应用前景。要实现介质阻挡放电,供电电源必须具有较高的工作频率和输出电压。文章给出了这种特殊的高频高压正弦波电源的设计方案,此电源包括整流电路、斩波电路、逆变电路、控制电路以及保护电路等。文中对电源各个部分的原理做了介绍,给出了设计思路,并对电路进行了分析。
At present, most studies of producing plasma are focused on those produced by Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) under atmosphere, which has very wide prospects in industrial and military affairs application. In this thesis, we discuss the power supply of the full design of data acquisition and processing, principle, software and hardware.
