摘要
研制了零电压零电流开关电镀电源,其超前臂实现了零电压开关,滞后臂实现了零电流开关。通过采用辅助变压器网络,在原边施加一个与环流电流方向相反的电压,使环流电流迅速衰减到零;并且阻断环流电流的反向通道,使原边电流保持为零,实现了滞后臂的零电流开关。试验结果表明:系统工作正常稳定,其输出电压可在0~12V可调,输出电流最大可达1000A,大大改善了功率开关器件工作环境,降低了开关损耗,提高了工作效率和电镀质量;
A zero-voltage and zero-current switching electroplating power supply is developed,which has realized ZVS for the leading leg and ZCS for the lagging leg. It makes loop current reduced quickly to zero by applying a reverse voltage to the primary loop through an auxiliary transformer, it keeps the current of primary loop of the transformer zero by blocking up the reverse path of the loop current, which has realized ZCS of the lagging leg. The experimental results show that the system works well and stably, its output voltage can be regulated from 0 to 12 V; and the rsaxirsum output current can reach 1 000 A. As a result, the working environment of power inverter is improved greatly and its power consumption is lowered, and the working efficiency and plating quality are improved.
