摘要
1,3-二烷基-5-氟尿嘧啶的锂盐与苄基溴进行苄基化反应时产生了异常的反应结果.异常反应的产生可能是先经过1,3-二烷基-5-氟尿嘧啶(化合物1)的6-苄基化的中间体(化合物5),而后,化合物5再与1,3-二烷基-5-氟尿嘧啶脱去一分子的氟化氢所致.
An unusual substitution of 5-fluorouracils by the reaction of lithium salts of 1, 3-dialkyl-5-fluorouracil with benzyl bromide is described. The unusual products may be the result from reaction intermediate, that is 6-benzylation products of 1,3-dialkyl-5-fluorouracil followed by further dehydrofluorination with 1,3-dialkyl-5-fluorouracil.
