摘要
现代高层建筑电力负荷计算时所要考虑的因素与传统情况相比有很大不同,楼宇自动化系统BAS的应用,使电力负荷特点发生了很大的变化,导致高层建筑电力负荷的计算越来越复杂.电力部门开展的需求侧管理DSM也会对高层建筑电力设备的运行产生影响,这些特点若不加考虑,将对高层建筑电力负荷计算带来较大的误差.针对上述情况分析了现代高层建筑电力负荷的特点,对传统的的电力负荷的计算方法作了比较分析.基于层次分析法AHP对不同的高层建筑供配电设计方案进行技术经济比较,给出各备选方案的综合评价结果,此方法为合理选择供配电设计方案提供依据.
The factors considered in calculaling electricity load of modem high buildings are very different form the traditonal conditions while the application of building automation system(BAS) makes the characteristics of electricity load change greatly, and cause electricity load caclutation more and more complicated. Demand Side Managemen (DSM) started by power department has an influence on the operation of high building power equipment. If these characteristics were considered,it would lead errors to electricity load caclutation. This paper analyses the characteristics of electricity load of modem high buildings, compares and analyses traditonal electricity load caclutation. It also applys Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare technical economy of design scheme of power supply and distribution system or different high buildings, gives the results of synthestical evaluation of spare schemes' and bases for reasonable choise of power supply and distribution system design scheme.
