摘要
水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石是一种良好的半刚性基层材料,但在我国以往的工程中由于配合比不合理,早期强度低,因此没有得到推广应用。针对这个问题,并总结以往经验和教训,提出了适用于水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的配合比方式,并研究了粉煤灰掺量对其不同龄期抗压强度和劈裂强度的影响。研究结果表明,当水泥剂量为5%时,粉煤灰掺量在5%~10%范围内,水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石早期强度、后期强度最高,同时与水泥稳定碎石(粉煤灰掺量为0)相比,粉煤灰的掺入可以使混合料的劈裂强度提高一倍。最后根据试验结果和理论分析提出水泥和粉煤灰最佳比例为1∶1~1∶2。
Cement and fly -ash stabilized aggregate is one kind of good semi -rigid base course material, but because of the unreasonable mixture ratio and the low compression strength, it is not used widely in our country. In view of this question, the type of mix design which is suitable to cement and fly - ash stabilized aggregate is studied and the influence of fly - ash content to compression strength and cleavage strength is studied, when the mixing amount of cement is 5% and fly - ash is 5% to 10% ,the cement and fly - ash stabilized aggregate can get high compression strength ,and the cleavage strength enhance a time. Finally according to the test result and the theoretical analysis proposed the cement and the fly -ash best proportion is 1 : 1 to 1:2.
