新时期高校学生管理工作的分析

On the Lately Students' Management in the University

在高校大学生管理工作中,根据新时期大学生的特点,坚持以人为本,以培养学生全面发展为目的,充份发挥班主任、辅导员在大学生管理工作中的主导作用,充分发挥学生干部在大学生管理工作的桥梁和纽带作用,努力探索大学生管理工作的新思路、新方法、新途径。

This paper argues that, according to lately the characteristics of university students, the management in the university should insist on the idea of people oriented and aim at the complete fulfillment of students. The assistant and instructor of the class play the key role in the management while student cadres take the role of bridges and ties ; thereby, new train of thought, new methods and approaehes are explored in this process.
