摘要
改变呋喃烯唑分子内二唑环的５位取代基，合成了１６个新化合物。小鼠日本血吸虫病预防试验表明其中６个化合物具预防作用。
Sixteen new compounds related to fuvinazole were synthesized by variation of the 5 substituted group on the 1,2,4 oxadiazole in fuvinazole molecule.The screening results indicated that among them 6 compounds showed preventive activity against schistosomiasis in mice.
