摘要
十堰市1995-2006年疟疾发病259人，年均发病率0．32／10万～0．92／10万；发病有明显的季节性，患病年龄主要为15～44岁，男性多于女性，职业以农民、民工为主，以输人性病例为主，本地发病较少。
During 1995 to 2006, 259 malaria cases were reported in Shiyan and the incidence rate fluctuates in 0.32 to 0.92 of ten thousands per year. Epidemic situation shows visible seasonal and regional character. The age of the cases mainly ranges from 15 to 44 years old. Male are more than female. Most of them are peasants and workers, and most of them were input cases.
