筛选了１４个萘普生控释片处方。其中处方１４，２ｈ累积释放药物１８．０％，６ｈ为４８．６％，１２ｈ为９４．０％，释放速率接近零级动力学，释放速率常数ｋ为０．０７７６ｈ－１，释放ｔ１／２为６ｈ。
Among 14 formulations designed, the 14th was the best one:18.0% of naproxen was released in 2 h, 48.6% in 6 h, and 94.0% in 12 h. Its releasing rate in vitro was found to be in accordance with zero order kinetics, and the release rate constant k in vitro was 0.0776 h -1 and t 1/2 of release 6 h.
