健肝胶囊中原儿茶醛的薄层扫描测定

QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF PROTOCATECHUALDEHYDE IN JIAN GAN CAPSULES BY TLC SCANNING

采用薄层扫描法对健肝胶囊中丹参的有效成分原儿茶醛进行含量测定。方法可靠、灵敏、重现性好，平均回收率９５％，ＲＳＤ１．２４％。

Protocatechualdehyde in Salvia miltiorrhiza preparation Jian gan capsules was determined by TLC densitometry.The solution of sample was spotted on a silica gel G plate and developed with benzene ethyl acetate formic acid (8∶6.5∶0.4).The spots were scanned with CS 9000 TLC scanner at λ S=400 nm and λ R=600 nm.Theaverage reco very was 95% with RSD 1.24%.The method is sensitive,accurate and specific.
