摘要
进行了双轴工具显微镜的技术改造,使之具有微型电子万能试验机的基本功能,并实施了两种可吸收缝合线缝合白鼠皮愈合抗拉性能测试。测试结果表明:两种线缝合鼠皮愈合后期抗拉性能差别不大,初期和中期纯生物蛋白线优于人工合成线缝合愈合的抗拉性能。
This paper developed the technique of two-axle implemental microscope, to make it holding the basic function of the micro-electronic omnipotent testing machine. Tensile capabilities of two absorbable sutures to sew incision concrescence rat skin were also tested, The results show that the difference of the tensile capabilities of two absorbable sutures is small at the healing anaphase of the rat skin. The tensile capabilities of the pure biologic protein suture exceed the artificial suture at the initial stages and metaphase.
