摘要
通过安息香对壳聚糖进行化学改性,合成了一种新型的壳聚糖希夫碱,通过正交实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、壳聚糖中的游离-NH_2与安息香的摩尔比等对产物接枝率的影响,并考察了微波及超声波对产物接枝率的影响,得到了化学改性的最适条件。并用自制的壳聚糖希夫碱与Cu(OAc)_2·H_2O反应得到了一种新型的壳聚糖希夫碱Cu(Ⅱ)配合物。用红外光谱、荧光光谱对反应物和产物进行了表征。
A novel chitosan derivative bearing benzoin---chitosan Schiff base, was synthesized in this paper. Different preparation conditons, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of chitosan's free ammonia group and benzoin,etc.were investigated, and the optimum condition of chemical modification was gotten .And the effects of reaction medium, microwave and ultrasonic on graft percentage were studied.And a novel copper( II ) complex of chitosan Schiff base was synthesized by the chitosan Schiff base reacted with Cu(OAc)2·H2O. Raw materials and coordination compounds were characterized by IR and fluorescence respectively.
