摘要
化学法——即双氧水法处理柔性线路板(FPC)生产中所产生的含重金属离子的废水。以柔性线路板生产湿部的电镀废水为研究对象,考察了双氧水、聚合硫酸铁用量、pH值对废水中Cu^(2+)、Ni^(2+)等重金属离子的络合物破络效果及COD含量的影响。结果表明,双氧水用量2.5mL·L^(-1),聚合硫酸铁用量80mg·L^(-1),聚丙烯酰胺用量40mg·L^(-1),pH为6~9,效果好、操作简便、费用低廉。
The chemical process, meant hydrogen peroxide solution processing the waste water contains the heavy metal ion which the processes of flexible line board (FPC) produces. Take the waste water electroplating of flexible line board produces wet as the research objects,lnspected the broken effect and the COD content influence which using hydrogen peroxide solution, the polymerization iron sulfate amount and the pH value to the complex compounds of heavy metal iron in wastewater,such as the Cu^2+. Ni^2+ and so on. The result indicated the effect is remarkable when the hydrogen peroxide amount is 2.5mL·L^-1, the polymerization iron sulfate amount is 80mg·L^-1,the polyacrylamide amount is 40mg·L^-1 ,pH=6- 9,and the operates is more easily,the expense is inexpensive also.
