HPLC法测定成药二妙丸、三妙丸、四妙丸及知柏地黄丸中小檗碱、掌叶防己碱和药根碱的含量

Determination of Berberine, Palmatine and Jatrorrhizine in Ermiao Wan, by HPLC Sanmiao Wan, Simiao Wan and Zhibaidihuang Wan by HPLC

建立了反相高效液相法测定成药二妙丸、三妙丸、四妙丸及知柏地黄丸中小檗碱、掌叶防己碱和药根碱含量的方法。固定相为Nova－PakC184μm，3．9mm（i.d）×150mmHPLC柱；流动相为乙腈-水（1：1，每1000mL含磷酸二氢钾3．4g及十二烷基硫酸钠1．7g）；检测波长为345nm；小檗碱、掌叶防己碱和药根碱的加样回收率分别为98．67±2．38％，98．75±1．67％，98．38±2．31％。

A reverse-phase HPLC method was described for the determination of berberine,palmatine,and jatrorrhizine in Ermiao Wan,Sanmiao Wan,Simiao Wan and Zhibaldihuang Wan (ready made Chinese medicinal pills with two,three and four subtle ingredients,and pills containing Phellodendron amurense and Rehmannia glutinosa etc.). The three constituents were separated on a Nova-Pak C18 3. 9(i. d) × 150 mm columm,using acetonitrile-water (1:1, containing 3. 4 g KH2PO4 and 1. 7 g CH3 (CH2),, SO4 Na per 1000 mL)as the mlbile phase,detected at 345 nm. The average recoveries of the three constituents were 98. 67±2. 39 %, 98. 75±1.67% and 98. 38± 2. 31% respectively.
