Intelligent community is the form of community in information age.It has become the goal of the countries all over the world in the periods of global informationization.This paper introduces the concept of intelligent community as well as its value indexes.It also summarizes the inspiration of the international experiences of intelligent community through analyzing the individual cases of the intelligent communities in developed countries.
