摘要
设计了一种镍网镀槽监控系统,该系统以西门子公司的S7-200紧凑型可编程序控制器为核心,采用现场总线与分散式I/O混合使用的方法,实现了对系统的远程和现场监控,达到了对镀液流量、温度以及电镀电流等多个参数的控制要求。实际运行证明,该系统性能可靠,大大提高了产品的质量。
In this paper, a monitoring system of nickel screen coating bath is designed, in which the core component is the compact type programmable logic controller (PLC) S7-200 made by Siemens, In this system, by the means of mixed usage of the fieldbus and the distributed I/O, both the remote monitoring and the shop floor monitoring are carried out, and the control objectives of various parameters such as plating solutions flow, temperature, plating current and so on are well satisfied. The actual performance proved its reliability, and as a result, the quality of products is improved greatly.
