摘要 本文运用数字图像处理和计算机视觉技术,对基于视频的交通事件和交通流检测进行了原理设计;并通过相关的硬件知识和编程技术实现了该系统。对数字图像处理和机器视觉的综合运用流程和相关知识做了介绍,如背景更新、滤波降噪、图像分割、特征提取、摄像机标定和目标识别。为视频交通事件和交通流检测的实现提供了一个新的案例。 In this papers,the technology of digital image processing and machine vision is used to design the examination system of traffic incident and transportation frequency based on video frequency;and to realize the system based on hardware and programme. To introduce the flow chart and knowledge referring to the system, for instance,the initializing and updating of background model, to filter the waves to decline the noisy,image segment,characteristic withdraw,the calculation of camera parameter,target detection.We proposed a new case in order to realize this kind of automatic examination system in this papers.
