摘要
许多复杂曲面零件的形状轮廓是通过反求工程得到CAD模型的。其中对工程中所得数据的数学处理是一个关键步骤。本文利用一种用于工程计算的高性能程序设计语言MATLAB来进行数据处理,采用最小二乘法的判别准则,对所得数据进行了拟合,满足了拟合精度要求。利用MATLAB的强大的数值计算能力实现了对工程数表处理时程序算法简单的一种新方法,对复杂工程数据的处理具有借鉴意义。
The complex part's CAD model is commonly achieved by reverse engineering, and Engineering chart process is one of the key factors. MATLAB is a kind of powerful tool for data process. It takes advantage of its high data process ability to deal with the engineer- ing data. In the process the least square method is introduced as a criterion. The result achieved meets the demand. The new simple way is achieved to deal with engineering data based on MATLAB. It can be used as a reference for these kinds of processes.
