本文针对当前电力系统线路巡视管理中存在的问题,提出了基于GIS、GPS、GSM技术相结合的线路巡视监控方案,论述了GIS数据库建设、电网线路拓扑构建以及GPS设备选配、服务终端建设,本系统的研究提高了线路巡视效率与巡视质量,为电网巡视提供了现代化管理手段。
