人工免疫算法在道路交通流分析中的应用

Application of Artificial Immune Algorithm to Road Traffic Flow Analysis

采用人工免疫算法对珠海市人民路的交通流进行分析。首先用人工免疫算法对原始交通流数据进行压缩,然后通过聚类分析得到分类结果。仿真实验表明,人工免疫算法可以有效地减少聚类数据的冗余信息,所得到的分类结果较好地反映了交通流数据的内在结构,该算法可以作为交通控制以及交通时段自动划分的理论依据。

The traffic flow in Renmin road, Zhuhai city is analyzed by employing an artificial immune algorithm. First, the original traffic flow data is compressed by using the artificial immune algorithm. Then the dataset is classified on the basis of clustering analysis method. Simulation experiments show that the artificial immune algorithm can effectively reduce the redundant information of data, and the results of classification can reveal the inner structure of traffic flow data. Therefore, the algorithm may provide a theoretical support for traffic control and program of the traffic intervals.
