摘要
从供应商介入产品概念开发的重要意义入手,探讨产品概念开发流程及供应商介入产品概念开发过程,从市场、竞争性、技术和经济性4个层面对供应商介入产品概念开发过程进行分析,建立了介入产品概念开发的供应商评价指标体系,构建了供应商介入的产品概念开发模型,分析了供应商在每一阶段的主要任务。
Through analyzing the important meanings of supplier involvement in product conceptual development, the paper discusses the flow and the process. The process includes four levels, that is, marketing a- nalysis, competition analysis, technology analysis, and economy analysis. The paper sets up a set of index system to select supplier involvement in product conceptual deyelopmemnt. Then the model is put forwarded and the main task of supplier in each phase is analyzed.
