功能梯度材料圆柱滚子轴承轴向材料性能优化

摘要 为了解决轴承"边缘效应"问题,采用有限元法针对功能梯度材料圆柱滚子轴承滚动体的轴向材料性能对轴承最大等效应力和最大接触应力的影响进行了研究,结果表明:当滚动体轴向材料性能分布合理时,在一定程度上可以降低轴承滚动体的最大等效应力和最大接触应力,降低或避免轴承滚动体"边缘效应",提高轴承承载能力。 In order to solve the problem of ‘Edge Effect’ and increase the load capacity, the effect of axial material properties on the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum contact stress is studied for cylindrical roller bearings made of functionally gradient materials, with the help of finite element analysis. The analysis results show that reasonable axial material property distribution could decrease the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum contact stress, reduce or solve the problem of ‘Edge Effect’ , and increase the fatigue llfe of roller bearings.
