摘要
为了更合理地制定牡丹江市总量控制目标和控制战略,使有限的大气环境容量资源得到合理的利用,为城市环境保护规划提供技术支持,文章根据牡丹江市大气污染现状提出总量控制对策。
To logically customize total emission control goal and strategy in Mudanjiang, logically utilize limited air environment capacity, provide technical support for city environmental protection programming, some total emission control measure are put porward according to the air pollution actuality in Mudanjiang.
