Several Key Points Should be Concerned in Environmental Infection Assessment on the Urban Ecology Landscape Projects

近年来,许多城市趋向于建设一些集商业、居住、休闲、旅游、生态于一体的生态景观区。这类项目具有建设内容丰富、建设范围大、建设周期长等特点。对这类项目进行环境影响评价时,在环境影响因素识别的基础上,应重点关注其与城市规划的符合性、景观环境的可接受性、施工期的环境影响和保护、运营期的环境影响和保护这四个问题。

In recent years, it is becoming a tend to construct some urban ecology landscape which concentrate commerce, living, leisure, tourism, ecology, etc, in the urban planning and urban construction. This kind of project has some characteristics such as various construction contents, big construction area and long construction period. In the process of carrying out environmental infection assessment on such projects, based on the identification of environmental infect factors, key points should be concemed are the coincidence with urban plan, acceptability of natural environment, the environmental infection and protection during construction and operation.
