碱-磷渣-粉煤灰胶凝材料的性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为充分利用磷渣和粉煤灰两种工业废渣生产高性能胶凝材料,研究了不同磷渣/粉煤灰配合比的碱-磷渣-粉煤灰胶凝材料的性能.结果表明:碱-磷渣-粉煤灰胶凝材料的凝结时间正常,在掺量为0~30%(质量分数)范围内,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,碱-磷渣-粉煤灰的凝结时间略有延长.与普通硅酸盐水泥相比,碱-磷渣胶凝材料的抗压强度较高而抗折强度相对较低;掺加粉煤灰后碱-磷渣胶凝材料的抗压强度降低,但抗折强度提高.碱-磷渣胶凝材料的抗冻性和耐蚀性均优于普通硅酸盐水泥,但其干缩较大,用部分粉煤灰取代磷渣粉可一定程度减小干缩. The performance of alkali-activated phosphor slag-fly ash cementitious material with different mix proportions of phosphor slag and fly ash was studied to make full use of phosphor slag and fly ash for preparing a new type of high performance cementitious material. The result shows that the alkali-activated phosphor slag-fly ash cementitious material is of normal setting performance in general, and that the increase of amount of fly ash within the range of mass fraction 0-30% resuhs in a little increase of the setting time of the cementitious material. As compared with ordinary portland cement, alkali-phosphor slag cementitious material is characterized by high compressive strength but low flexural strength. Adding fly ash into alkali-phosphor slag cementitious material will reduce the compressive strength of the material, but its flexural strength will be improved. In addition, the frost-resistance property and the corrosion-resistance property of alkali-phosphor slag cementitious material are both superior to those of ordinary portland cement, but the dry shrinkage of this kind of the cementitious material is relatively large; however, the substituting fly ash for part of phosphor slag can reduce the dry shrinkage to some extent.
