摘要
以南京市C民工子弟学校为个案,描述该校教师学历资质较低、流动性高、组织性弱、责任感不强、对流动儿童持有偏见等特点,分析形成这些特点的原因,同时指出教师的特点与问题将会影响流动儿童社会化的效果。随着相关部门对流动儿童教育问题的重视,民工子弟学校的发展会依照教育制度和法规要求步入正轨,当前民工子弟学校教师的特点只是流动儿童教育过程中的阶段性问题。
Taking C school for migrant workers' children for instance,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the teachers' working in the school.The teachers are poor in their educational background with high mobility.They are lack of organization and responsibility with prejudice against migration children.Because of the particularity of the school for children of rural area workers,all the above issues will have impact on the consequence of socialization of migration children.As the department concerned takes more consideration on educational issue of migration children,the development of such school will go into right track based on educational system and regulations.
