摘要
360只刚出壳的健康雏鸡,随机分为4组,每组90只,从出壳后第5天分别灌喂中药复方多糖、中药复方水煎剂、黄芪多糖、生理盐水,连喂7 d。于12、15、20、25、30、37、44、51日龄,每组随机取10只鸡。通过HA-HI实验、EA玫瑰花环实验,检测雏鸡B淋巴细胞的免疫功能;将鸡宰杀,完整摘取法氏囊,称重,测定法氏囊指数。实验结果表明,灌服中药复方多糖、复方水煎剂以及黄芪多糖的实验组,其抗体效价、EA玫瑰花环形成率、法氏囊指数值均提高,其中中药复方多糖效果较好,复方水煎剂效果优于黄芪多糖;中药复方多糖与复方水煎剂、黄芪多糖差异显著(P<0.05),与生理盐水对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。
360 one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into four groups with 90 for each,which were orally given Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide,Chinese medicalformula decoction,Astragalus polysaccharide and physiologicalsaline respectively from five-day-old for 7 days.On day 12,15,18,23,30,37,44 and 51,10 samples were selected from each group to determine the immune function for B lymphocyte by HI-HA and EA rosette test,then their indexes of bursa of Fabricius（BF） were calculated.The results showed the ND-HI antibody titers, EA rosette rate and BF index of the chickens in treatment groups were improved ,and the chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide was most effective （P〈0.05 compared with both chinese medical formula decoction and Astragalus polysaccharide,P〈0.01 compared with physiological saline）,also chinese medical formula decoction was better than Astragalus polysaccharide.
