非典型性原发性红斑性肢痛症20例的临床与治疗

CLINICAL FEATURES AND TREATMENT OF 20 CASES OF PRIMARY ATYPICAL ERYTHROMELALGIA

我国红斑性肢痛症流行,文献报道的有6个年份;南京(1953年),广州(1957年),海口(1963年),粤东(1972年),南宁、郴县(1982年),湖北、江西、河南、湖南(1987年)。1990年2～3月我科门诊收治了症状与体征同文献报道的原发性红斑性肢痛症既类似又相异的20例患者。此外,在这20例患者的同学和同事中。

This paper report 20 cases of primary atypical Erythromelalgia. Their clinical features were as follows: (1) The onset of the disease was from February to March. (2) More frequently seen in females. (3) Stabbing and/or numb pains appeared at toes, one-third of the front part of footback and at planta, occationally at fingers. (4) The pains were continuous, severe at standing, walking and sleeping. (5) There were not obvious redness, swelling pand pallor in the places of pains. (6) Most atients could relieve the pains by soaking their feet in warm water. (7) Most patients have signs of sensation disturbance. Trabit and Bulleaconitine A for this disease are effective.
