摘要
按照退耕还林效益监测经济社会效益监测的方法,遴选典型固定监测对象,以逐年度入户调查的方法,调查退耕农户收入、消费支出,与退耕前1998年基础数据对照,量化分析退耕还林在退耕农户经济收入、消费支出,文化教育及医疗卫生等方面的影响程度。
According to the surveying method of economic and social benefits of returning farmland to forest （RFF）, selecting typical fixed surveying object, applying the method of farmhouse investigation per year, the income and consumption payout of RFF farmhouse were investigated. Through comparison of the investigated data and the basis data of 1998 before RFF, quantitatively analyzed the effecting degree of RFF on income, payout, culture, education, medicate and sanitation of RFF farmhouse.
