With the continued developments of the economy recently, the city non-native population increased year by year. It involves the incisive inhabited area problem of non-native population day by day. Though the analysis of the current situation and housing demand of the non-native population, according to the unique concept of ＂apartments for the city non-native population＂of Xiamen, this essay take the outstanding works of the plan of Xiamen east coast complex renovate construction project about the apartments for the city non-native population for example, and discuss the reasonable management and inhabitant pattern of non-native population in city.
