摘要
DX桩是通过桩身多个扩径体(承力盘或承力岔)的端阻力和桩身摩阻力的作用,达到大幅提高单桩承载力和节约工程造价。它是在钻、冲孔灌注桩基础上发展起来的一种变截面的桩,是挤扩支盘桩的改良型桩。介绍了DX多节挤扩灌注桩的特性及在浙江平湖某高层建筑桩基工程中的应用效果。
DX pile is an improved impaction rootage-shaped pile with a changeable cross-section based on the boerd pile foundation.The characteristics of DX pile are described in this paper.The first application of DX pile in tall buildings foundation in soft soil area,Pinghu,Zhejiang provice,was also analyzed.The application results demonstrated that DX pile technology can enhance the vertcal bearing capacity of reinforced piles in soft soil foundation and save the construct incest by 35%.
