一种新颖1D链状配位聚合物[Cu(OX)_2(bipy)]_n的合成与晶体结构 被引量:1

摘要 采用水热法合成了标题配位聚合物[Cu(OX)2(bipy)]n(其中OX=乙二酸二价阴离子,bi-py=2,2′-联吡啶),通过元素分析、X射线单晶衍射等技术对其进行了表征。配合物属三斜晶系,空间群P1-;晶胞参数:α=8.9262(8)。A,b=9.0927(8)。A,c=9.6598(8)。A,α=110.3100(10)°,β=97.5450(10),°γ=105.7630(10)°;Z=2;最终偏离因子R=0.0365,wR=0.1048;晶体的基本构建基元包含一个铜(Ⅱ)原子,两个草酸根,一个2,2′-联吡啶,其中草酸根采取双二齿桥联配位方式,将紧邻单元相连沿a轴方向形成无限延伸的一维配位聚合链,相邻的一维链又通过2,2′-联吡啶间π-π堆积作用,相互嵌入构建成新型的二维超分子层,层间籍2,2′-联吡啶间π-π堆积作用拓展为三维超分子体系。 The title complex [ Cu ( OX ) 2 ( bipy } ] n ( ox = oxalato dianion, bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine ) has been characterized by means of elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results show that the crystal belongs to thiclinic system, with space group P^-1(α =8. 9262(8).A,b =9. 0927 (8) A,c =9. 6598(8)A,α = 110. 3100(10) °,β = 97.5450 ( 10 ) °, y = 105.7630 ( 10 ) ° ; Z = 2 ; R = 0. 0365, wR = 0. 1048. The crystal structure of complex consists of a copper( Ⅱ ) ,two oxalate dianion,a 2,2'-bipy ligands. The distorted octahedral complex of copper( Ⅱ ) bridged through bidentate oxalate dianion forms a dimensional chains along the a axis of the cell. These two one-dimensional chains form a novel double chains structure along the a axis of the cell by π-π stacking interactions between two chains, furthmore. These coordination polymer chains are further organized by .π-π stacking interactions to afford a 3D supramolecular structure.
