摘要
目的:探讨脑电图对偏头痛的诊断价值。方法:对240例偏头痛急性发作期和间歇期患者作常规地脑电图描记,并与120例正常人群(对照组)脑电图进行比较。结果:偏头痛急性发作期脑电图与偏头痛间歇期正常对照组脑电图比较,P<0.01,急性发作期脑电图有统计学意义,但异常脑电图脑波无特征性改变。结论:脑电图对偏头痛急性发作期的诊断有一定的帮助,但一般无特征性意义。
Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of electroencephalogram （EEG）to migraine. Methods：The 240 patiens with migraine were routinely done electroencephalography in the acute stage and intermission and respectively compared with 120 health adults＇s electroencephalogram. Results： The patients with migraine in the acute stage were compared with the intermission and health aduhs＇s electroencephalogram,P 〈0.01 ,the electroencephalogram of the patients with migraine in the acute stage exist the obvious difference, but there is no charateristic change in the brain＇ wave of abnormal electroencephalogram. Conclusion：The electroencephalogram is helpful to diagnose migraine in the acute stage, but without characteristic significance commonly.
