电脉冲中药离子穴位透入治疗脑梗死患者运动功能障碍疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察电脉冲中药离子穴位透入治疗脑梗死患者运动功能障碍的疗效。方法:随机将60例脑梗死患者分为研究组和对照组。研究组使用常规药物治疗和一般康复治疗,同时辅以电脉冲中药离子穴位透入治疗。对照组只使用常规药物和一般康复治疗。两组治疗时间均为14天。治疗前后均进行运动功能测评。结果:研究组的运动功能恢复优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:常规药物及康复治疗辅以电脉冲中药离子穴位透入治疗对脑梗死患者运动功能恢复疗效确切,值得推广应用。 Objectives :To observe curative effect of point - penetration of ion of chinese traditional medicine by electric pulse in treatment of motor functional disturbance of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:60 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into study group and contiol group by random method. In the study group, treatment of routine medicine and recovery and assistant treatment of piont - penetraction of ion of chinese traditional medicine by electric paise were performed. In control group, treatment of routine medicine and recovery were performed. The time of treatment of two groups were all 14 days. The motor function was determined before and after treatment. Results: The recovery of motor function of study group was better than that of control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions: The curative effect of routine medicine and recovery and assistant treatment of point - penetration of ion of chinese traditional medicine by electric pulse were exact in recovery of motor function of patients with cerebral infarction. The method was well worth popularized and applied.
