摘要
目的:观察测定时间和年龄对事件相关电位P300(P3)的影响。方法:用本实验室专利产品P300/CNV刺激器与原有的日制诱发电位仪Neuropack2 MEB7102K连接,听觉OB刺激序列模式,测定不同年龄正常志愿者的P300。结果:ERP各波潜伏期和波幅,不同测定时间之间均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);ERP-N2、ERP-P3潜伏期,40~60岁组与20~39岁组相比,潜伏期延长,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);ERP-N2、ERP-P3波幅,两组之间无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。相关关系显示潜伏期与全年龄组之间呈正相关关系(r=0.384,P〈0.01)。结论:该仪器所测ERP-P3稳定性好;ERP-N2、ERP-P3潜伏期与年龄有关,波幅与年龄无关。
Objectives: To observe the effect of different test time and age on auditory event - related potential. Methods: By linking P300/CNV stimulator, the patented product, to Neuropack2 MEB7102K, an evoked potential instrument, and using oddball paradigm, we tested 70 volunteers ranging in age from 20 years old to 60 years old and analyzed their P300. Results:Latency and amplitude of each wave didn't show statistically difference between the two test time ( P 〉 0.05 ). As for ERP - N2, ERP - P3, the latency of 40 ~ 60 years old group was significantly longer than that of 20 ~ 39 years old one ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the amplitude wasn't statistically altered between the two group(P 〉0.05). Correlation coefficient showed that latency was positively related to age (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:This set of instrument is in steady condition. The latency of N2 and P3 has correlation with age,but amplitude hasn't.
