军队疗养员代谢综合征患病情况调查

A survey on metabolic syndrome of military recuperators

目的调查老年疗养员代谢综合征(MS)的患病率及发病情况。方法共调查320人,年龄40～75岁。MS诊断采用2005年国际糖尿病联盟代谢综合征全球共识定义为诊断标准。按年龄分为中年组(39～59岁)110人及老年组(≥60岁)210人两组。结果(1)MS总患病率为30.3%,中、老年组分别为22.7%及34.3%。(2)对MS两组的发病情况分析表明,中年组低HDL-C和高TG血症为主要因素,老年组高血压为主要因素。结论军队中年以上疗养干部中MS的患病率较高。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its different elements among military reeuperators. Methods 320 recuperators were selected. They were divided into two groups, Middle-age group （39-59 years） with 110 reeuperators and senior group （≥60 years） with 210 recuperators. MS was diagnosed according to the metabolic syndrome definition proposed by International Diabetes Federation （IDF） in 2005. Results （1） The total prevalence of MS was 30.3%. The prevalence of middle age and senior groups were 22.7% and 34.3% respectively. （2） Analysis showed that low HDL and high TG were main factors among middle-age group,while hypertension was main factor in senior group. Conclusions Prevalence of metabolic syndrome among military reeuperators is high.
