Practice and Reflection of Students’ Self-management in Rural High Schools

在过去的教育中,班级管理模式较多地采用了以教师为中心的管理方式。班级工作流于"班主任指手划脚当导演,几个小干部忙忙碌碌当主角,绝大部分学生互不关心当观众"的形式。如何充分调动学生的积极性、主动性、创造性,让学生在优化环境中学习、健康成长。为此我通过班级机构改革,促进优秀班集体建成,去圆满完成培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律并具有创新精神和实践能力的社会主义事业优秀建设者和接班人的艰巨而光荣的任务。

In the past years, class management was mostly teacher-oriented, and students were indifferent to the class. Therefore, how to stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative and originality and let them grow sound is most necessary and urgent. To solve the problem, the author reformed class organization and tried self-management mode, which is proved to be effective.
