摘要
目的建立血清中锌含量的火焰原子吸收光谱测定法。方法样品经用0.16mol/L硝酸5倍稀释后,直接上机测定,采用粘度与稀释了的血清样相近的锌标准溶液(含10%甘油基质)。结果血清锌检出限为0.03mg/L,取低、中、高3种浓度血清分别进行6次测定,变异系数为1.5%-3.2%,用标准加入法进行回收实验,得回收率为99.0%-100.2%。结论该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好等优点。
[ Objective] To establish flame atomic absorption spectroscopy for the determination of zinc concentration in serum. [ Methods] The sample diluted by 0.16 mol/L nitric acid was determined with standard zinc solution which viscosity and dilution were similar to that of the sample ( including 10% glycrine substratum ). [ Results ] The detection limit of serum zinc was 0.03 mg/L; the six times of determination with 3 different concentrations indicated that the variable coefficient was 1.5% - 3.2% ; the recovery rate with the standard method was 99.0% -100.2%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple, rapid with high sensitivity and accuracy.
