摘要
目的从职业病临床诊疗的角度,加强医务人员对"义务"履行和"情商"运用意义的认知与认识,更好地为病人诊疗服务。方法对照综合医院的临床工作,学习相关论著与法规,并付诸于实践。结果通过义务履行与情商运用的有机结合,形成了良好的医患关系,减轻了病人的身心痛苦,提高了疾病的诊疗效率,实现了既定的预期目标。结论职业病诊疗中的义务履行与情商运用,不失为当今一组有效的诊疗新方略;两者结合应用,有互促互强、相辅相成的效果。
[ Objective ] To enforce the consciousness of duty performance and EQ application among the medical staff in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases. [ Methods ] Relevant works and laws have been studies and put into practice according to the clinical work in hospital. [ Results ] The combination of duty performance and EQ application helped forming a good doctor-patient relationship, alleviated the physical and mental sufferings of the patients and improved the clinical efficiency in the diagnosis and treatment the diseases. [ Conclusion ] The combination of duty performance and EQ application is an effective strategy in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases.
